Tibasingurwa Development Foundation

Founded to address Uganda’s growing crisis of male youth disenfranchisement, the Tibasingurwa Development Foundation operates the national “Men of Destiny” programme — a comprehensive initiative to mentor, skill, and rehabilitate 10,000+ boys across all regions.

The Foundation runs boot camps, man-to-man dialogue sessions, vocational training centres, and the innovative School Chicken Project — a self-sustaining agribusiness model active in 300+ schools.

United Returnees Organization (URO)

URO is the national platform for Ugandan diaspora returnees — connecting them with investment opportunities, digital economy resources, skilling programmes, and community integration support across six departments.

With the upcoming National Returnees Forum and leadership elections, URO is building the infrastructure for a unified, productive returnee community that contributes to Uganda’s economic growth.
