Tibasingurwa Foundation
Programs — Men of Destiny
National social transformation for Uganda's boy child.
Tibasingurwa Foundation
Across Uganda, boys are disproportionately affected by school dropout, substance abuse, unemployment, and radicalization. While girls’ programmes have grown, the boy child crisis deepens in silence.
The "Men of Destiny" goal: mentor 10,000+ boys into purpose-driven, skilled young men.
What We Do
Programs — Men of Destiny
Boy Boot Camps
Intensive residential camps building discipline, life skills, and self-worth. Boys undergo physical training, personal development workshops, and team challenges designed to break destructive patterns.
Man-to-Man Dialogues
Facilitated sessions where mentors and boys openly discuss masculinity, mental health, substance abuse, and life purpose in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Vocational Training
Hands-on training in welding, carpentry, motor vehicle mechanics, tailoring, ICT, and modern agriculture — skills that lead directly to employment or self-employment.
School Outreach & Rehabilitation
In-school mentorship, counseling, and reintegration support for boys at risk of dropping out. Includes peer leadership programmes and guidance counseling.
School Chicken Project
A sustainable, student-owned agribusiness model. Each student brings one chicken to school. The Foundation provides infrastructure — coops, feed systems, veterinary support, and business training.
